Standard Vacuum System

Available on the Top and Front Loading models, this systems incorporates a steam generator (unless direct steam supply) and a vacuum pump to enable the unit to be used for the sterilization of wrapped instruments, fabrics etc.

This feature makes these units ideal for users or facilities with more complex requirements that cannot be met by the non vacuum models.

The inclusion of a steam generator as standard on these vacuum units decreases the time required for the heating of the load and will reduce cycle times.

Advanced Vacuum System

Denoted by AVC001 in the Product Reference

This is our most advanced vacuum system, suitable for more demanding applications.

Available on the Front Loading units only, this system adds a higher output steam generator to facilitate the positive and negative vacuum pulsing, essential for processing loads containing porous materials.

The Integral steam generator also allows for the continual supply of steam on demand, eliminating the delay in steam production that can be experienced with lower output generators.

The availability to supply more steam also assists in the faster heat-up of dense or porous loads, therefore reducing cycle times.

NB – The standard vacuum system units of sizes 230, 275 & 330 litres also feature the higher output steam generator as standard.
