Correct installation of any equipment is a critical factor in the ongoing performance of the unit. Astell’s service department has many years experience with standard & complex installations of equipment.
The following services can be offered:
- Full site survey & risk assessment to ensure the host site has all the necessary services and access to accommodate the unit
- Delivery, Offloading & Positioning using appropriate vehicles i.e. tail-lift, hi-ab etc.
- Commissioning, including safety checks and cycle programming to customer requirements
- Installation of machine and accessories* including all pipework & parts to customer services
- Training (See training section).

Astell are also able to assist with lab/site moves including disconnection and recommisioning.

Training sessions can be carried out at Astell HQ or at the customer site as requested, group sessions are welcomed.
