- Model Number (can be found on the test certificate or the rating plate at the rear of the unit)
- Serial Number (can be found on the test certificate or the rating plate at the rear of the unit)
- Date of Test (can be found on the test certificate or the rating plate at the rear of the unit)
- Date of Purchase
- Location of units (if different from your contact address)

Register you product today and receive a free health check. To entitle you to your FREE Service Health Check we need both your details and those of the unit you have purchased. Once we have your details on file we will contact you approximately 6 months from the date of test / purchase to arrange your FREE Service Health Check.
